This cool little token come from early 1900's Germany. Ready for some fun history?

It came from the Huebner brewery which was operating from 1841-1923. "Gut fur 1/2 lier beir" means good for one half liter of beer as you have probably already figured out. Around 1841-18446 there was a restaurant called "Golden Lion" that was supplemented by a brewery. In the 1870's a man named Conrad Hubner took over the brewery and his beer became one of the most popular in Erlangen in the following decade. This token is from that brewery and is around 100 years old.  Pretty cool huh? The token is set in a hand fabricated setting of fine and sterling silver with patina to match the age and look of the token and hallmarked on the back. It comes on an Italian solid sterling rounded box chain. The chain comes in either 18 or 20 inches. Please specify what length you would like in the notes to seller box under the photo at checkout.
